About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing relationship conflict, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, anxiety, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I support couples with premarital counseling, rebuilding trust, managing recurring conflict, and deepening emotional intimacy. I also help teens and adults navigate stress, identity concerns, family dynamics, and adjustment to cultural or life changes.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and attachment-focused. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals and couples understand emotional patterns, strengthen secure bonds, and create deeper connections. I also integrate the Gottman Method to support couples in building practical communication skills, managing conflict effectively, and strengthening friendship and trust. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, honoring cultural background, values, and lived experiences. Sessions are guided by your goals and paced to support safety, insight, and growth. I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, creating a space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward healing and meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I come from a family affected by alcoholism, where therapy was often seen as taboo. My own healing journey fuels my passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and inner struggles. I believe every relationship can be a space to heal from the past, grow in the present, and build a meaningful, connected future. With over 15 years of experience providing care across Asia, Africa, and now the U.S., I honor each person’s culture, story, and lived experiences. Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in trust, offering space to feel seen, understood, and supported as clients move toward healing and growth.
