About My Clients
Many of us go through trauma and it becomes an obstacle in our life. It is my goal to assist you and/or your family to improve your quality of life. At some point we need someone to talk to and I have chosen be the other person, so I can assist you to reach your goal and fulfill your dream.
My Background and Approach
During my therapy, I utilize CBT, CPT, and TF-CBT. These are excellent choices for those individuals whom are going through hardship. Nevertheless, I also Utilize EMDR therapy as needed or requested. To seek EMDR therapy, i do not require clients to attend ongoing sessions except during the process of EMDR. EMDR is an excellent tools for PTSD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be intimidating for some individuals! My approach is very relaxed and natural to create more comfort for individuals. I provide personable environment to meet everyones need. I am here to assist anyone who wants to heal!
