I utilize various therapy interventions based on what you need and what would be most effective and supportive to benefit you and your family.
My Background and Approach
I work with teens, adults, and couples and provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and empathic space where they can feel heard and seen. I am EMDR Trained and bilingual (Spanish).
