About My Clients
My practice consists of multiple treatment modalities based on the individual’s unique treatment needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- Mindfulness, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused. I have worked with individuals from many cultural backgrounds, as well as with LGBTQ individuals. These experiences have given me an enriched understanding of diversity, gender, and race.
