I use a combination of techniques, grounded in neuroscience, to treat the trauma underlying anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, and many other issues, so that you can free yourself from your past and look forward to a more resilient and joyful future. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All children are born with the capacity to feel love, build community, find purpose, and experience joy. But along the way, many received the message that they were unloveable, that relationships cause pain, or that they don't belong. These messages were not true but they felt true...and instilled in these children feelings of shame, sadness, anxiety, or even hopelessness. If you received any of these messages, it is time to let them go...and I can help you. Through the use of evidence-based techniques, such as Internal Family Systems and EMDR, I can help you rewrite those messages, release the painful emotions they carry, and return you to the state of self-love and inner confidence that is and always has been your birthright.
