About My Clients
I work with adults, and my focus areas are relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress management, and burnout.
My Background and Approach
I became a psychologist out of a desire to be a source of support and light for individuals who might otherwise feel alone in their struggles. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to experience the highest quality of life possible, and my work is dedicated to helping clients move toward that goal. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and bring a diverse background spanning medical settings, community mental health, and university counseling centers. Currently, I provide virtual therapy, a format I truly love because it allows me to connect with and support individuals all across the state, rather than being limited to a local area. In our work together, my approach is person-centered, relational, and collaborative. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and help you in this season of your life. Let’s see what we can accomplish together.
