Do you feel anxiety lurking around the corner or get caught off guard by sudden worry? I understand the racing heart, shortness of breath, and tension. I’m a Texas LPC trained in EMDR, helping clients process trauma, anxiety, shame, and low self-esteem. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, I guide clients to build emotional resilience, regulate their nervous system, and reclaim confidence, calm, and self-trust.

The tools I share in sessions are ones I’ve honed over time by supporting people facing anxiety, stress, and trauma. My goal is for you to leave each session with at least few practical strategies you can use anytime, anywhere, exercises that bring relief quickly and discreetly. I take a direct, solution-focused approach, working collaboratively to address what’s happening in the moment, helping you regain control over your thoughts and body. With training in EMDR and evidence-based, trauma-informed methods, I help clients understand what happens in the brain and body during anxiety and fear. You’ll learn to calm your nervous system, engage different parts of your brain to find relief, and build resilience so anxiety attacks lose their power over time. These strategies are designed not just for immediate relief but for long-term confidence, clarity, and emotional regulation. My goal is for you to feel empowered and supported, equipped with tools that work whenever you need them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in neuroplasticity — that the brain can change, adapt, and grow at any age. This means that no matter your past experiences or patterns, transformation is possible. I believe in meeting people where they are, connecting on a human level, and creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected. Mental health challenges often develop as coping mechanisms or learned patterns, which can be unlearned and replaced with healthier strategies. I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to this work, helping clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to empower clients with tools, understanding, and self-trust so they can live with confidence, resilience, and emotional freedom.
