About My Clients

I provide in-person therapy for individuals who sense there’s something beneath the surface asking for care or attention. You may be moving through a transition, feeling a bit stuck, or carrying the quiet weight of past experiences that haven’t yet had space to be fully seen.

My Background and Approach

My approach is rooted in EMDR, a trauma-informed and collaborative method that supports the processing of unresolved experiences held in the nervous system. I offer a warm, grounded space to slow down, listen inward, and tend to what’s been carried—at a pace that honors your readiness. EMDR sessions are integrative and adaptive, shaped not just by memory processing but by your unique inner landscape. I weave in somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, attachment-based work, and interpersonal neurobiology to support your whole experience. Together, we’ll attune to what needs care or attention, integrating present-moment awareness, resourcing practices, and body-based tools to support regulation and connection along the way. This work isn’t about fixing—it’s about making space for what wants to be felt, seen, and reconnected with, so you can live with more ease, meaning, and inner richness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we’re inherently whole, even when parts of us feel lost or disconnected. I’m committed to creating a warm, inclusive space that honors your lived experience and the wisdom you already carry. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in values of compassion, curiosity, and integrity. I welcome all identities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients, and approach each person with humility, respect, and care. Outside of therapy, I find joy in cooking, playing the ukulele, and exploring visual design. These creative practices help me stay connected to presence and play. My path from a former career in tech to becoming a therapist has deepened my respect for change, purpose, and authenticity. I believe therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and what brings depth, meaning, and aliveness to your life.
