My Background and Approach
Seth Solondz has been providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults for more than 20 years. I have worked in a school setting, as well as a therapist in an outpatient setting for an an agency in Northern Virginia before beginning my own private practice, Strive and Thrive Therapy Solutions, LLC. I have worked with many individuals in managing anxiety, autism, ADHD, and depression. I have experience working with military veterans and with individuals who have been adopted, along with family members. I approach my work with an empathetic ear, a strength-based approach, and I partner with clients to address challenges collaboratively to help facilitate positive changes. Areas I address may include anger management, stress management, anxiety management, depression, medical challenges, coping with life transitions, relationships, communication, behavior, parenting, self-esteem, coping with grief and loss, and managing conflict, among other areas that may overlap.
