My approach is electic and combines pragmatic realism and existential philosophy with clinical theories on mental health and its treatment. CBT, DBT, and Jungian ideology will be laced throughout an overall person-centered approach. My background as a professional dancer enhances my clinical insight with acute somatic awareness and an overall understanding of psychoanalytic symbols.
