About My Clients
I work with clients one-on-one helping them build awareness and understanding of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, process their experiences, and incorporate positive changes to help them thrive. Whether it's your first time, or you've been to counselling before, I take great care to make sure you feel safe and in control during our session together.
My Background and Approach
Using an integrative approach, I draw from evidence-based frameworks such as Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work from a compassion-based, client-centred and trauma-informed approach that honours your needs and pace of change. You can expect to be treated with warmth, care and respect.
