I work best with adults and couples who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and concerns around intimacy and sex. Whether you're part of a traditional relationship or ethically non-monogamous, I specialize in helping individuals and couples deepen their emotional and physical connection, resolve conflict, and explore their unique paths to wellness. My ideal client is open to self-reflection and eager to work collaboratively.
My Background and Approach
With individuals I strive to find the right approach for you. Using ACT, DBT, Narrative theory, EFIT and others to find the right way to meet your goals. In my work with relationships, I have completed Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 training, and I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I work with both monogamous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) couples, helping them navigate the complexities of their relationships. I believe strongly that there isn’t one path for everyone, so our goal will be to find the right fit for your unique journey.
