About My Clients
Anxiety, depression, and traumas of any kind mask over our true selves, shielding us from who we want to be. These masks also protect us from the fear that lies with working on these debilitating issues, more likely than not we pick up unhealthy habits and behaviors to help us cope. A lot of times we do not realize how this affects not just us, but any relationship we are in (personal, business, school, etc.) during these times we are struggling. You are not alone in this journey.
My Background and Approach
Now, some things about me! I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology in 2018. Since 2013 however, my clinical background includes working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a rehabilitation setting providing individual psychotherapy with individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also have extensive experience in administering and scoring neuropsychological test batteries in various outpatient settings including a hospital-based program as well as in the setting of a neurobehavioral rehabilitation program. It is important to know that we are not alone in this difficult journey. I do look forward to meeting with you and creating a safe space where we can begin the journey of healing. I am accepting new clients, and am currently available via telehealth.
