Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has an extremely large body of research pointed to it's effective use for a wide range of mental health symptoms and disorders. As someone that has been using this orientation for a number of years, participated in additional training and logged several hours of effective use, I feel confident in my ability to use the theory and techniques to assist you in your journey.

The Gottman Method, to me, is much more than an approach for couples counseling. It has helped me to assist a large number of clients in individual counseling improve relationships, communication and connection. Additionally, I have completed level 2 training of Gottman Method training.
