About My Clients

Is your ADHD making it hard to pay attention, stay focused in school or in meetings, or struggle in your relationships? Have you found it difficult to make things better no matter what you do? I know exactly the feeling - the frustration, the anxiety, the worries about "not being enough". ADHD can be such a struggle and a pain, and I don't want you to have to suffer alone. I love teaching my clients tools to manage their ADHD and improve their lives.

My Background and Approach

The tools I share with clients are ones I’ve developed through my training and my work helping people navigate ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, and stress. My goal isn’t just to talk about problems—it’s to help you leave sessions with practical strategies you can actually use in daily life. Over time, we’ll build a set of tools you can rely on when things feel overwhelming, whether that’s improving focus, regulating emotions, managing stress, or navigating relationships. I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach, starting with what’s happening in your life right now and working together to find ways forward. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from George Fox University and began practicing in 2025 as a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. I work with teens, adults, and couples, with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent clients as they better understand how their brains work and develop strategies that build confidence, resilience, and clarity every day.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are fundamentally good and usually doing the best they can with the tools they have. Mental health struggles are complicated. Genetics, life experiences, and the environments we grow up in can shape patterns and behaviors that sometimes stop working for us. No one signs up to struggle, and it can be hard to admit when something isn’t going well. I also believe people can learn new skills and tools that help them feel better and live more fully. Therapy, for me, is about understanding yourself more clearly and finding practical ways to move forward. Growing up, I struggled with ADHD. My behavior was often questioned, and even when I tried hard it sometimes felt like I couldn’t meet expectations. Those experiences helped me develop a lot of empathy for people who feel misunderstood or discouraged. I’m not religious, but I do believe the way we treat people matters. I try to contribute positively to my community and stay engaged in ways that support fairness and wellbe
