About My Clients
Many of the clients I have had the pleasure of working with have been neurodivergent (diagnosed or questioning). They've often experienced a disproportionate level of trauma and shame. As a result, therapy is often not just about addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties, but also about healing the deeper impact of chronic misattunement, masking, sensory overwhelm, burnout, and the internalized belief that something is fundamentally wrong with them.
My Background and Approach
I have a warm and collaborative approach to therapy that helps you feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we work to heal past trauma, understand emotions with more clarity and less fear, break free from old patterns, and build a more compassionate, sustainable way of living My relational approach integrates IFS, EMDR, DBT, and somatic practices, grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Structural Dissociation, and Attachment Theory. This work supports nervous system regulation, reduces overwhelm, and helps you feel more empowered, connected, and at ease in your body and mind.
