About My Clients
My clients are all individuals, each with their own unique story, values, and dreams. I frequently find myself in awe of my clients' bravery, humor, and imagination. Together we challenge the self-limiting beliefs and unconscious life scripts that sabotage healing and prolong suffering. The work we'll do is not worksheet or homework based, rather it focuses on the here and now interaction between therapist and client and the childhood roots of unhelpful relationship behaviors.
My Background and Approach
My approach is direct, authentic, and deeply respectful. The therapeutic techniques I draw from include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. By being consistently supportive, curious, and genuine, I help my clients come to experience a new and greater sense of safety with which they can securely explore their inner material, resulting in empowerment, inner peace, and freedom from depression, anxiety, and toxic shame.
