My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with over 20 years in human services. My journey has taken me from casework and therapy to leadership roles. I blend direct patient care with strategic case management, emphasizing personalized treatment plans and multi-disciplinary collaboration. My directorial experience further honed my skills in program oversight, staff training, and clinical supervision. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a BA in Psychology, and I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma therapy.
