About My Clients

You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. I will help you to learn healthy coping tools. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills have been proven to help replace negative coping skills with positive ones, and I look forward to teaching you skills to take back your life.
My Background and Approach
The tools that I will provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people like you, as well as, helping myself. My goal for you is to learn different skills and techniques when that you can carry with you at all times. If you're struggling with relationships. I have a variety of tools for that. If you're struggling with suicidal thoughts. I have a variety of tools for that. We'll work in being in the moment. We'll address what's going on in your brain and get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief. My main goal is to rewire neural pathways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I will meet you where you're at without any judgment. I believe that we have learned unhealthy habits throughout our lifetime. I think that you can also unlearn these habits with time and effort. Through my own therapy, I learned how to deal with anger, and past traumas.
