As a strengths and solution focused therapist, I believe we each have the power to process our issues and find the key to unlock often untapped potential; taking care of one’s mental health is vital to living a peaceful and fulfilling life. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and men’s issues. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the struggles many encounter and work to create a safe and welcoming space for all!
