I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression and OCD. I am a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider and am trained in Exposure Response Prevention to assist clients overcome OCD. I understand no two people are the same, and I tailor our sessions to your unique challenges. Using principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, we'll work together to understand the cause of your struggles and address them with lasting strategies.
