I work with individuals 18+ who are seeking to gain insight into the ways thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their experiences. I pride myself on having worked with folks from many different backgrounds and walks of life. My clients are often people who are curious about their experiences and implementing new strategies to make change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy with a relational lens, prioritizing rapport building and reflective listening to ensure that I understand the context and environment behind each individual. Prioritizing this type of connection and understanding is an essential foundation for all the work that happens in the therapy room. I am trained in modalities including CBT, DBT, and CPT. These approaches balance open-ended processing with specific psychoeducation and skill-building to support effective navigation of challenges.
