About My Clients
Do you feel stressed out, anxious or depressed? Children have the same emotions like us but they usually don't know how to talk about it or seek help on their own. However, the way they behave at home or school can be the clue for us. If you sense they are having some. Growing up is complicated in and of itself. I work with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, are suffering from depression, anxiety, displaying behavioral issues or defiance, or are adjusting to changes in life.

As a Caribbean born woman, I offer judgment free, client centered therapy to a diverse population of individuals. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and tailored to my client's needs. I want to make sure each person is cared for physically, spiritually and emotionally.
