Do you feel stressed out, anxious or depressed? Children have the same emotions like us but they usually don't know how to talk about it or seek help on their own. As a Caribbean born woman, I offer judgment free, client centered therapy to a diverse population of individuals. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and tailored to my client's needs. I want to make sure each person is cared for physically, spiritually and emotionally.
