About My Clients

My aim is always to help every person I meet become a more complete and whole person.
My Background and Approach
I work in a few different ways. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, which will help drive our discussions and draw out your best self. I utilize a mix of techniques, with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training. I also help clients reach their potential through cannabis-assisted therapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that every client is entitled to the care they deserve. For that reason I offer a sliding scale fee to accommodate as many clients as I can. Furthermore, I believe that an eclectic blend of styles is the best way to approach most issues. While I prefer Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I find myself blending a lot of techniques from various styles of therapy. More recently, I have been studying the plethora of information across the internet to offer transpersonal therapy. Within the scope of this practice, I offer cannabis-assisted therapy for adults 21+ who are active patients in the New York State Medical Marijuana Program. I firmly believe that through appropriate use of psychedelic substances, some people can unlock a higher potential within themselves.
