I believe that I help my clients overcome feeling fearful and unsure about life's challenges. I have an interest in working with broken relationships, addictions, past abuse, isolation, and loneliness In conjunction with talk therapy
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy always begins with a person-centered approach. I firmly believe in order to move forward with my client is to understand where they are currently at. I am very active in my client's progress not only in the counseling session itself but in the form of tools to help the client continue their progress outside therapy. I also use EMDR and NLP not only in the therapeutic setting but also with athletes on the actual field or court of play I am also the cohost and co-founder of the Psychology of Play Podcast which focuses on todays topics in regard to personal well being
