My Background and Approach
After a decade of helping individuals with back & joint pain as a chiropractor, I noticed that my patients who’s pain kept returning had one thing in common. They all also had experienced devastating trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain that had not been worked through. The mind-body connection is real and the issues of the mind take over no matter the condition of the physical body. This observation piqued my interest and lead me to the field of counseling which is where I found my true passion.
