About My Clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma? Maybe you find yourself constantly on edge, emotionally drained, or struggling to make sense of painful experiences. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where adolescents and adults can begin to heal, build healthier coping skills, and regain a sense of stability, confidence, and control in their lives.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I believe many emotional struggles, including anxiety and depression, are often connected to difficult or painful experiences that have shaped how we see ourselves and the world. In therapy, we work together to better understand these patterns while building practical tools to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, and strengths-based techniques to help clients develop healthier coping strategies and process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My goal is to create a space where adolescents and adults feel heard, respected, and supported while working toward meaningful change. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and helping you move forward with greater clarity and emotional balance.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing and growth are possible at any stage of life. Many people carry the effects of difficult experiences, trauma, or environments that shaped how they learned to cope with stress, relationships, and emotions. These patterns often developed as ways to survive challenging circumstances, but they can sometimes continue to affect people long after the situation has passed. I believe therapy can help people better understand these patterns and create new, healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences openly. I value authenticity, accountability, and resilience, and I believe that with the right support and tools, people can move toward greater healing, stability, and self-understanding.
