About My Clients

Do you ever feel like you’re climbing uphill with no energy left? Anxiety, depression, or past trauma can weigh you down until even simple things feel impossible. Maybe you’re a teen trying to figure out who you are, a new mom carrying guilt and overwhelming emotions, or the one who does it all but feels completely drained. I get how heavy that climb feels. Together we’ll find steady footing, reduce the weight you’re carrying, and help you move toward clarity, peace, and renewed hope.

My Background and Approach

For over ten years, I’ve had the privilege of walking with clients through life’s mountains and valleys. Anxiety, depression, trauma, guilt, and exhaustion can weigh anyone down, but reaching out for help is proof of strength—you are a victor, not a victim. My approach begins with building a strong, safe relationship where you feel understood. From day one, we look at what brings you here, where you’ve been, and where you want to go, then create a plan tailored to your goals. Together we’ll work on what matters most—whether it’s calming anxiety attacks, processing trauma, overcoming burnout, or finding compassion for yourself again. I use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, with DBT training in progress. For those who desire it, Christian faith can also be integrated into treatment. My goal is to equip you with practical tools and renewed strength so you can keep climbing toward clarity, balance, and peace.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that if we’ve made it this far, we are victors, not victims. Life’s valleys—whether depression, anxiety, trauma, guilt, or exhaustion—can make us feel defeated, but the very act of still standing is proof of strength. I don’t believe there is a limit to human capacity. Mental health struggles are often patterns we’ve learned along the way, and that means they can also be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of living. I’ve witnessed clients who once felt powerless discover their voice, parents learn compassion for themselves, teens build confidence after trauma, and caregivers finally find balance after giving until empty. These victories remind me daily that healing is possible. My own journey has taught me the value of resilience and the power of hope. For those who desire it, Christian faith can be part of the healing process. No matter your story, I believe in meeting you with compassion, respect, and encouragement as you continue your climb toward clarity, peace, a
