In addition to individual and couples counseling, I offer a 6-week intensive program with one-on-one meetings, group sessions, and skills training to enhance overall function and life satisfaction. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused care, mindfulness, and emotionally focused therapy. My work is rooted in a humanistic, person-focused perspective, ensuring culturally sensitive and individualized care to help clients break free from negative cycles and create meaningful change.
