My focus is helping high functioning adults and mature teens with anxiety, sadness, loneliness and other issues that are getting in the way of leading a healthy, peaceful life. We can work together to find solutions to problems, and I will provide you undivided attention, listening carefully to your thoughts and feelings, and giving feedback to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
My Background and Approach
I have been licensed in the state of Florida since 1996. My office based practice moved completely online at the beginning of the pandemic. I have been providing online therapy for several years as well, making the transition smooth and pleasant. I utilize SecureVideo as my online therapy platform, it’s easy to use and I will help you get started if needed. Your first contact will be our initial phone conversation that is complimentary, to assess whether you will benefit from online therapy and help you decide whether I’m the right therapist tor you. I work best with high functioning individuals who are able to work, attend school or otherwise remain productive despite their emotional discomfort.
