About My Clients
I work with adults healing from religious trauma and complex relational patterns. Many of my clients are learning how to set boundaries, communicate more directly, and stop losing themselves in relationships. If you’re navigating faith deconstruction and purity culture, people-pleasing, or the impact of growing up in environments where love felt conditional, you’re not alone.
My Background and Approach
I have experience serving adolescents, adults, and seniors in a variety of settings. I am specialized in treating religious trauma, complex trauma, and neurodivergence in women. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, and Reality Therapy. Therapy with me is collaborative, casual, and deeply human. I’ll hold space for your story, but I’ll also help you look at it with new eyes. We’ll explore how old patterns show up in your present life and experiment with new ways of being - not overnight fixes, but slow, steady healing that actually sticks. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “And how does that make you feel?” I’m here to be real with you - sometimes with humor, sometimes with a bit of gentle sarcasm, and always with honesty and compassion.
