I specialize in working with caregivers, including health professionals. I have 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare system and have an understanding of the unique challenges that caregivers of all kinds experience. I also specialize in working with grief and loss, including anticipatory grief.

I provide a space for my clients that is nonjudgmental and collaborative, where we can work through your struggles and create lasting tools that you can take with you on the rest of your life. I recognize that you are the expert of your life and experiences and am here to help support you in navigating the changes you want to make.
