Navigating mostly white spaces while balancing familial/cultural values can be challenging and confusing. You are not crazy. My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with BIPOC folx in creating space for their best and “least favorite” selves to bridge together. Whether their “least favorite” self experienced sexual assault, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, or otherwise. Let's build, grow, and move together. It's a privilege to work alongside you.
