I believe in this time of de-colonization, our mental health is vital to sustain the work we do. Navigating mostly white spaces while balancing familial/cultural values can be challenging and confusing. You are not crazy. Spiritual bypassing and limiting yourself to only positive thoughts is problematic. Let's talk about your shadows and how we can grow with them.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with BIPOC folx in creating space for their best and “least favorite” selves to bridge together. Whether their “least favorite” self experienced sexual assault, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, or otherwise. Let's build, grow, and move together. It's a privilege to work alongside you.
