My areas of expertise include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Domestic Violence Counselor Certification and Seeking Safety, which has been shown to be effective in helping those who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, PTSD, relationship issues and other life stressors.
