About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, insightful people who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, despite strong self-awareness. Many navigate trauma, relationship challenges, or struggles with identity, intimacy, or emotional regulation. They seek therapy that goes deeper, integrates mind and body, and provides a clear, structured path to meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I help individuals and couples break lifelong patterns and reconnect with themselves and each other. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, stuck in relationship cycles, feeling disconnected from your body, or just sick of getting in your own way, I offer direct, integrative therapy that helps you move forward. My approach blends evidence-based modalities like EMDR, somatic therapy, the Gottman Method, and ego mapping via the Enneagram framework known as the Fierce Method. It’s focused, experiential, and efficient. Together, we identify the protective parts of your personality that are running the show and shift the control back to you. I specialize in trauma, sex and intimacy issues, relationship dynamics, and helping high-achievers, deep thinkers, and people-pleasers finally feel grounded and powerful in their own lives. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be efficient, direct, and deeply transformative, not something you do forever. I don’t pathologize my clients. I see most patterns labeled as "disorders" as protective adaptations that once served a purpose. When we bring awareness to those patterns, we gain the power to shift them. I believe the ego isn’t something to destroy, but something to understand. It’s a system built to protect us, but often ends up running the show. Healing happens when we learn to relate to it differently. I believe in integrating mind, body, and personality. Trauma, relationship pain, and identity struggles live in more than just our thoughts. They live in our nervous system and self-concept. I believe people are resilient, capable, and wise. When given the right tools and relationship, they can move through even the most entrenched stuck points.
