My Background and Approach
I am a clinical psychologist and I use a relational approach, working with individuals facing anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy concerns, infidelity, life transitions, grief, and loss. Additionally, I specialize in clinical hypnosis for anxiety and insomnia, helping you cultivate a sense of agency to tap into your inner strength and find new ways to handle everyday challenges. Let’s work together to help you feel more connected and confident in yourself.
