About My Clients
Clients who struggled with anxiety often find relief my eclectic counseling style that draws upon classical theories and evidence-based methods, such as CBT and Neuroscience, to inform the counseling process. They find that my diverse interventions that range from mindfulness exercises to solution-focused to behavior modification planning to neurofeedback and biofeedback is tremendously helpful to improving their mental health.
My Background and Approach
I studied neuroscience and behavior at Columbia University and holds a certificate from New Mind Academy in qEEG neurofeedback. I am also a HeartMath® Certified Clinician, Reiki Master, and Author of the forthcoming book "How to Hack Anxiety Fast" book scheduled to be released in late 2024.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that trust is the bedrock of the therapeutic process and establishing a safe space to explore their intricate thoughts and behaviors is crucial in the work I do with clients. I also believe that every single person is unique and understand that everyone walks their own special path. I hope I can play an integral role in helping you along your journey to mental wellness.
