About My Clients
My passion for helping people is rooted in my desire to be a source of hope for others who may be struggling with their mental health. I have extensive experience working with a variety of populations, including individuals, adolescents, families, domestic violence survivors, and the LGBTQ+ population. I have developed a specialty in treating depression, low self-esteem, anxiety disorders, emerging adulthood issues, ADHD and PTSD.

I am compassionate, supportive, diverse, and culturally sensitive. I understand how crucial it is to have access to mental health services that are sensitive to cultural differences. I help my clients navigate through life’s challenges by providing techniques, resources, and individualized treatment plans that strengthen them to move forward. I strives to meet each client where they are on their journey and will use a therapeutic approach better suited for that client's needs. I believe in the importance of a therapeutic alliance and provide a safe space where clients can feel heard, empowered and supported.
