About My Clients

My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative as I utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities. I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer therapy services in both English and Spanish.
