My Background and Approach
I specialize in parental therapy. I have found that the best way to make lasting, positive changes with children is to work in a hierarchical order - working with parents first, children second - on behavioral, academic, and social issues, as well as directing mental health interventions in children and teenagers. In addition to working with parenting challenges, family issues, and emotional health, I work regularly with couples and focus on increasing communication, connection, and intimacy, while interrupting patterns that aren't working. No matter the issue, I provide a safe and supportive environment to do the work necessary to get you where you want to be.
