About My Clients
Sometimes life can feel like being caught in rough waves. You know you want calmer waters, but you're not sure how to get there. Therapy is a place to slow down, find your footing, and learn to navigate life’s waves with confidence. I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist. I believe therapy should feel real, practical, supportive, and a little fun when appropriate.
My Background and Approach
I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient mental health, crisis services, healthcare, schools, inpatient psychiatry, correctional settings, and community-based programs. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. If you’re ready to begin healing and growing, I invite you to reach out and see if I’m the right fit for you or your child.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have the ability to grow, heal, and make meaningful changes at any stage of life. Sometimes the patterns we develop are simply ways we learned to cope with difficult experiences, stress, relationships, or emotions. Therapy can help us better understand those patterns, challenge what is no longer working, and develop healthier ways of responding to life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without judgment. I take a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy. Together, we can work on building practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more confident navigating everyday challenges. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, support you through the difficult moments, and also celebrate your progress along the way, I would be happy to connect with you.
