I work with individuals with Bipolar I, Bipolar II and other cyclical emotional dysregulation concerns.
I utilize DBT as an adjunct to manage emotional dysregulation.
I utilize CBT to process thoughts, feelings and behaviors and their interdependent relationship.
I utilize ACT as an adjunct to adapt thoughts into manageable ways to feel competent in living our best lives.
