Clients come to me looking for a therapist who can be a place of connection and vulnerability because therapy should be a place where you feel safe and seen. Sessions with focus on developing life skills through self-reflection and connection. Together, we create meaningful relationships with others, navigate stress, and discover empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I help my clients find confidence, resilience, and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and their world around them, tap into their potential and integrate all the parts that make them unique and enough. Many of today’s solutions for healing relationships are surface level, when the trauma we’ve inherited, the family we come from and our early attachments carry so much of how we relate to others. By not recognizing that, many feel like they’re not making real progress or going as deep as they’d like. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you and your journey, and always with an end goal in mind.
