About My Clients
Anxiety and stress can get in the way of living your best life. I work with clients who are struggling in different life domains, including work, family, and interpersonal relationships. I am also passionate about perinatal mental health, helping women and new parents through all stages of their pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journeys, including with issues related to fertility and loss. Working together, we can find ways to overcome difficulties and build meaning in your life.
My Background and Approach
I understand how important it is to find a therapist you can connect with and trust. I take an individualized approach with each client, making sure that I understand each person’s unique needs before identifying a treatment plan. I have a strong background in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but within this approach, I utilize a range of tools and techniques depending on your individual needs, goals, and values. It is my commitment to work together with you and provide you with the tools needed to make positive changes in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space to feel safe and be heard. My personal values include the following: Flexibility, Collaboration, Authenticity, Open-mindedness, Empathy and Compassion, Respect, Self-awareness, and Growth - and I aim to bring these values to our sessions as we work together.
