About My Clients
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to keep carrying everything alone. Maybe relationships feel complicated, boundaries feel hard, or your emotions feel bigger than you know what to do with. I work with adults who want support understanding their patterns, building coping skills, and creating a life that feels more grounded, connected, and manageable.
My Background and Approach
My approach combines Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to meet each client's needs. I can help you build coping skills, practice mindfulness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop self-compassion as you work through grief, trauma, recovery, or life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing often begins when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying. I value warmth, compassion, humor, and creating a space where clients do not have to feel judged or "too much". I believe people can grow, unlearn old patterns, and build lives that feel more grounded and connected. My work is guided by respect for each client's story, identity, values, and pace. Outside of therapy, I value community, creativity, faith, meaningful relationships, and the small things that help life feel softer.
