At times we find ourselves, our children, & our families simply existing in a state of chaos. Chaos often brings on many health-related issues: psychological & medical. We find ways to minimize & normalize it, instead I welcome you to unpack whatever is holding you back. Lets work on strengthening you to become your best self.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds & family makeups. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, & families; I have also worked with members of the LGBTQ+ community in various stages of their lives. I am fluent in English & Spanish & conduct therapy in both languages. I am currently accepting new clients via Telehealth (video).
