About My Clients
I work with culturally diverse individuals of all ages, while specializing in work with emerging adults. I have experience assisting individuals looking to overcome depression, anxiety, life stressors, relational conflict, life transitions, low self-esteem, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
Life can feel overwhelming at times and it may seem that there is nothing that can be done to stop the pain and suffering, but this is not true. I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art therapy, and expressive techniques to meet your individual needs. Through therapy, I can assist you to address patterns of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and other stress-related issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to help individuals increase self-awareness and develop concrete tools to improve emotional wellness that will help them reach their goals. I encourage therapy to be a space where one can explore feelings, process thoughts, and identify personal strengths. Whatever season you find yourself in, I am here to walk with you in the context of a nonjudgmental, warm, empathic, and collaborative space.
