About My Clients
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for meaningful change. I especially support women navigating trauma, relationships, self-worth, and life transitions, as well as clients experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, and process addictions. My trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach helps clients understand their patterns, build healthier coping skills, and move toward greater self-trust, connection, and fulfillment.
My Background and Approach
As an LCSW with years of clinical experience, I specialize in trauma, PTSD, co-occurring disorders, process addictions, and women’s issues. I am trained in EMDR through the Personal Transformation Institute, with an attachment-focused approach to trauma healing. My understanding of behavioral addictions and ADHD allows me to offer compassionate, practical support while helping clients understand their patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves dignity, compassion, equality, and the opportunity to feel valued and heard. My practice is grounded in social justice and a commitment to recognizing the systems and environments that shape our lives. I value collective responsibility and believe meaningful change happens when we care for one another, challenge inequity, and work toward a more inclusive, just, and compassionate society.
