I am a certified EMDR therapist and I have helped many women find healing from the complex trauma they had when they were a child such as childhood abuse (physical, emotional, and sexual), childhood neglect (physical and emotional), religious abuse, domestic violence/abuse. I have also worked with first responders and ICU nurses that have PTSD because of vicarious trauma and/or personal trauma.

I have helped many women break free of the trauma of childhood sexual abuse as well as women who have been sexually assaulted. I use EMDR for trauma processing and DBT, CBT, Ego State/IFS blend, and polyvagal theory to help women gain skills to help regulate their emotions, tolerate distress, set boundaries, and empower them to have a voice.

I have diagnosed and worked with clients who have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Dissociative Disorders Not Otherwise Specified, Dissociative Amnesia and Fugue, Depersonalization and Derealization. My passion is to help women who have dissociation to know that they are not crazy, help them understand dissociation and why it occurs. I also help guide them to getting to know parts of themselves, learn how to communicate with their parts, and help client heal from trauma.

I am a certified EMDR therapist and an EMDRIA approved consultant to other EMDR therapists. I have over 50 hours of advanced training in different aspects of EMDR. I also have had the opportunity to help over 150 clients using EMDR. My passion is to help women, using EMDR, break free of the bondage of trauma.

I use DBT as way to help women who have been through trauma, build skills so that they can be able to regulate their emotions, tolerate stress, set boundaries, learn assertive communication, and much more. I have a certificate in DBT and have been able to help 100's of clients build skills for trauma work and build skills for post trauma work!

I use a blend of IFS, Ego State Therapy, and structural dissociation to help all women in my office get to know the parts of themselves, but especially women who have complex trauma and dissociation. I have over 50 hours of training and consultation with these models of therapy.
