About My Clients
I enjoy helping people gain a better understanding of what they are going through. I believe that POC and men struggle with finding a safe place to get help, and I provide an open environment for everyone to heal and learn. I treat ages 13 and up for concerns such as, depression, anxiety, eating disorders. Being able to realize the signs of mental health problems can be difficult. I'm here to assist in learning how to identify any symptoms and manage emotions differently.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I have worked in the mental health field for seven years. I enjoy using EMDR, CBT, and DBT. believe that POC and men struggle with finding the help they need, so I provide open environment for everyone to heal and learn. I treat ages 13 and up for concerns such as, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Being able to realize the signs of mental health problems can be difficult. I'm here to assist in learning how to identify any symptoms and manage emotions in a healthy manner.
