I have assisted men in managing concerns, such as life transitions, relationship stress, self-esteem, and eating disorders. Men are deserving a safe place to explore their emotions and difficult situations.

I have worked with eating disorders for several years. There are many underlining concerns when it comes to eating disorders, so I use a variety of techniques to help people reach their goals.

I have worked with a variety of clients who struggle with body image issues. I know how society sets an unrealistic standard of beauty for both men and women, and I strive to help people gain a healthier idea about body image.

I have utilized CBT since the beginning of my career. I use a variety of methods to help people become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so they can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.

I have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I offer several techniques that a person can utilize in the comfort of their own home.

I understand that different situations require different approaches. I assist people with finding what’s important to them, how they believe their life would be if their current challenges are resolved, and what strengths they have to make that happen.
